I graduated from Fordham University with a BA in Biology and a minor in Women’s Studies. My passion for the natural world began to flourish at a young age while exploring the wonders of my 4-acre wooded backyard. This zeal was solidified while interning at the New England Wildlife Center. Here, I learned about the importance of wildlife rehabilitation and awareness for whom we share this planet with. Currently, I am working as a vet technician to prepare me for a career in veterinary medicine. Through an MCM, I hope to learn how to integrate the One Health approach into my life and work as a veterinarian. As a wildlife veterinarian, I will work internationally, treating wildlife that are constantly on the forefront of human vs. wildlife conflicts. When not tending to my geriatric Malteses, Sophie and Malta, I enjoy heated barre, scuba, horseback riding, and lobster mac and cheese.
