I received my BA in Biology from Willamette University in 2011. After graduating from college, I moved to Jackson, WY for the mountain life but soon discovered Teton Raptor Center, a newly founded raptor education and rehabilitation center. After several years of assisting in the various programs at Teton Raptor Center, I was promoted to oversee raptor rehabiliation as the Rehab Director. My desire to deepen my impact in the world of conservation and the striking parallels between Teton Raptor Center’s mission and that of the One Health Initiative lead me to the MCM program. In addition to a deep appreciation for wildlife, I enjoy horseback riding, travel, skiing, backpacking, and gardening. I have two border collie mixes, Finley and Sawyer, a cat named Whiskey, and a Morgan horse named Fancy.
