M.S. in Animals and Public Policy
Class of 2017-2018
Leah Widdicombe
The goal of this study is to better understand how potential U.S. law and policy makers identify human beings as an animal species, and how this identity relates to the amount of government resources they would allocate towards animal issues. The results of this mixed-methods study will be applicable to organizations who wish to improve legislative interventions addressing animal controversies in the United States.
