What were you doing before entering the MAPP program?
Completing bachelor degrees as well as an internship at the New England Aquarium as a Giant Ocean Tank dive intern.

What aspects of MAPP led to your decision to join the program?
The emphasis on education of the public in terms of the importance as well as tribulations of human-animal interaction.

Interests in and experience with animals:
I have always had pets including hermit crabs, gerbils, sugar gliders, and dogs. I worked at a dog kennel and day care facility for four years, as well as working at Roger Williams Wet Lab caring for marine invertebrates, and finally caring for the diverse marine ecosystem of the Giant Ocean Tank at the New England Aquarium.
