Jessica Baldeck
This study’s objective is to determine the impact of a pond life educational program for children entering 1st-3rd grades by measuring changes in knowledge and attitude when using either traditional live animal observations, handling realistic animal models, or interacting with animals in their natural habitat.
M.S. in Animals and Public Policy Research Project (MAPP)
Jessica at the nature adventure camp with her freshwater macro invertebrate models. These models were created using 3D printing and painted by a mechanical engineering student from Tufts University’s Medford campus.
Part of her research project involves data entry. It looks like her rabbit is interested in helping.
